Created an account then tried to link my membership to it. Stuck in the infinity loop from hell. Guys - its not rocket science - just invest a few bucks

Cant log in. Wont recognize my account.

Cannot change personal information ie: contact information. Havent used yet for a tow.

This CAA app is only for the Toronto region. It is useless elsewhere in Canada because other regions have different initial club codes. Cannot log in and doesnt link to your CAA member account created via a desk top PC. Very dumb! Waste of time and energy.

The app should be good enough to recognize my local CAA membership. All the groups should chip in to get this app to work for ALL memberships. Useless otherwise.

Not working for me even after using correct user ID and password. No passbook integration

Only worked the first time I opened the app. Force closing it and restarting the app doesnt help. Poorly designed.

I dont find much utility in this app. The mapping feature doesnt add much over google maps, The Triptik feature isnt compatible with the web based Triptik (you have to manually recreate your trips in the iPhone) , the car and hotel booking features are not as good as Expedia, Agoda etc. I think CAA ( or their provider AAA) could do better with their technological offerings both mobile and web based.

The app is buggy. When working, the lag is so bad that you cant tell if its working or not. Incorporating multiple accounts simply fails to work properly. It needs an overhaul completely.

Needs to have Passbook support so I do not have to carry the card everywhere.

I wasted a lot of time trying to login before realizing that the app will not let you do so, as its only good for certain section of CAA. Useless

I was about to buy a CAA membership until I saw all the bad reviews here. Glad I checked. No thanks. They lost my business. App sucks.

Ive tried to use it twice and twice I bailed and just called. Confusing, time consuming, unintuitive, terribly executed. Useless and embarrassing. Just pull it.

Dont waste your time. This is the most useless app I have ever experienced.

Needed a tow the other day and tried 4 times to get assistance via the app and each time an error occurred and I couldnt get help. I ended up having to call. Also, the keyboard will disappear mid-typing every now and then while signing in or filling in information. Small thing but very frustrating.

Very clunky navigation. Menus nested within the app so you have menus within menus, likely because you are simply loading the CAA website within the content area. Downloaded mainly to add my card to wallet but.... no wallet support Not well executed unfortunately.

Downloaded the app, made a request for service, service truck on scene less than half an hour later. App updated location of service truck while on route via in app map and also sent updates to my phones home screen. Fast, friendly service. App worked 100% as expected. No issues, at this time, to warrant any of the previous complaints.
