This app is barely useful. I downloaded it, hoping to be able to add my card to Passbook (as with the AAA app, which is native and polished). No dice. This is basically a bare bones wrapper of some web content. Please, just license the AAA app, and save us all the frustration.

Dont crash on iphone6 but you cant enter the caa card to passbook

This app crashes 100% of the time before ever even getting to launch. I have removed the app, restarted the phone and reinstall the app multiple times. The result is 100% failure.

Cant log into account. When it does accept it still shows requests to join caa. Used to work.

I thought Id give this app a second try because Id like to see gas prices at stations where the CAA discount would apply. Worse than useless: - map cluttered with all possible stations/brands - list had HUGE letters for station name and teeny-tiny font for the price - alphabetic list of station brand (to get the CAA discount stations) wasnt further sorted by price - I have to peer through the whole thing to find the lowest price... then I find that - THE GAS PRICE DATA WAS A WEEK OLD. At my Esso, todays (Sept 27) gasbuddy price is .98 but the CAA app was $1.07. I thought "maybe they have the grade wrong" but, no, it WAS for Regular - from Sept. 21st!!!!!! I have deleted this stupid app AGAIN (it was useless for emergency road service so I had previously deleted it) Screw you, CAA! - Im thinking about cancelling my membership altogether. Why? If I do use your app or any of your web services, your terms tell me that I should "check your privacy policy from time to time" because you might change it at any time and you wont tell me when you do change it. This means that even though youve promised not to sell my personal information, you might change your mind - and NOT tell me about it! This means you could just go ahead, change a sentence in the policy, then immediately proceed to sell my info and I wouldnt know and I wouldnt be able to do anything about it. Up Yours, CAA!

Its 2015, these clowns are on version 4 of their useless app and theres still no virtual membership card. Is this for real??? Deleted.

Replace it or ask your IT to do a better job

I dont want to carry my card. In this app I have to enter it??? To get in?? Guys, go look at Shoppers, Starbucks and figure it out. Withdraw the app. It makes a good organization look amateur.

I get an error message every time I sign in. So basically it fails and doesnt allow me to view my info. IF I was able to get in, then I would also complain as reviews below that there is not virtual card.

If you have an extra few hours to waste download this app. Submitted two calls for service on the app waited an hour just to have them tell me it didnt go through when I called to check back.

I think its super handy to have the app. You can ask for roadside assistance from the app instead of phoning or going on the website and you can also change account settings which is nice. Overall I like it!!

This app is generally useless, but it would be worth downloading if it integrated with wallet

This app used to work but the new version wont finish loading and wont open on my iPhone 6

I must admit I dont use this app often, but last time I did, I added my vehicles. I go back into the app now and theyre all gone. Tried to get into my CAA dollars under "My CAA" (while Im logged into the app) and it asks me to log in again..? I dont have the patience to do this all over again and risk having it disappear. Maybe later.

Cant log in using username & password. Cant view full list of rewards, gas prices are estimates apparently, and the list goes on... Navigating the app looks simple and easy until you actually need to. Hoping it just needs an update that this is a bug making it this broken.

A very very slow application without native iPhone features. Very frustrating to use.

Cant login. Wanted answer for security question, but it doesnt ask the question, like its the only app I have. What the hell?
